Lent and Easter

During Lent we are using themes adapted from material that was first produced by Stuart and Joseph Townend in March 2020. There are two special services during Holy Week: on the evening of Maundy Thursday we have a short reflective service and share Communion together as we remember the Last Supper Jesus had with his disciples before his arrest. On Good Friday we join together with other churches in Crowthorne for a service at St. John the Baptist Parish Church. This is followed by a walk of witness, ending here at CBC for hot drinks and hot cross buns.

January & February

To start the new year we had a series of visiting preachers who brought their own messages to us, so there was no specific theme.
